Job Description

During the summer weeks 24-34, there is an opportunity to become part of one of our operations within disability care, elderly care, personal assistance, daily activities, or home care. The work is varied and meaningful and includes both independent work and collaboration with others. Some of the tasks that occur are:

• Personal care and hygiene
• Simple practical tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and cooking
• Social interaction and activities
• Shopping
• Documentation
• Medication management (if you receive delegation)

Our operations are staffed around the clock every day of the week, so there is an opportunity to work days, evenings, nights, and weekends. We offer both hourly employment and monthly employment.

Who You Are

• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Proficient in Swedish in speech and writing

Upon starting, you will receive thorough training, short digital and physical courses, and have a mentor, all to ensure you feel secure in your role - so even if previous experience in similar work and/or education in healthcare is meritorious, it is not a requirement.

Our various operations generally have different requirements depending on tasks and surrounding support. For example, some operations require a driver's license, as driving is included - but for others, this is not a requirement. We will match your wishes and competencies with the operation where we believe you will fit best and contribute the most.

We would like you to be able to work at least 4 weeks.
